Welcome to Boer Goats, Too!
We are located on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, just outside of Port Angeles, Washington! We offer beautiful, well cared for boer goats in Washington state, all of whom are chosen for their lines and their abilities (whether it's because they are good moms, they have the lineage to produce amazing offsprings, or conformation), either was, our Washington boer goats are some of the best you will find.
Don't forget to check for updates to our kidding results as we are now delivering kids!
We ventured into the amazing world of Boer Goats about 2 years ago! We are a small Washington boer goat farm, we began with two bred does and both of these does have delivered us triplets at every kidding! These girls have provided us lots of laughs and fun since they arrived. We added some does in 2007 from other lines, and are excited for not only the kids that we're getting now, but those that we're going to breed for in 2009!
We also purchased one phenomenal Buck: Capriole's GD Excursion this year and are excited to see what he brings us for the 2009 season! This gives us a small herd of 10 does and two bucks. We had three bred does and we expect to have Kids due from February - April, 2008! For the 2009 season we should have a lot more does / kids - but we started slow to ensure that we had the facilities and abilities to care for them all.
Hayley, our daughter, is also involved in 4-H with the goats. The club is called "Home Grown and Growing" and is part of the Clallam County 4-H in Washington! We have even leased a couple of goats to her friends as they are all excited about these beautiful boer goats! Boer Goats in Clallam County are fairly new, but we're working to develop a great program!

We are still learning so much, but what we have discovered in this short time is that it would near to impossible to begin this adventure without mentors and other breeders whom are more than willing to share their vast information with you. We have been lucky to have met Debi & Rich Garvin from Cabernet Creek Farms in beautiful Hood River, Oregon and Becki & Jonathan Crighton from Copper Creek Boers and of course, Terry Brown from Capriole Boers each of these people have really gone out of their way to answer all of our questions, and of course, allow us to have a lot of fun while we've been learning! Another great source of information is the Cascade Boer Goat Association!
We are looking forward to the 2008 Shows this year and in learning much more from so many!
We will be updating and adding to our website as we go!
Thanks for visiting!
