Welcome to Boer Goats, Too!
We are located on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, just outside of Port Angeles, Washington! Boer Goats, Too! offers beautiful, well cared for boer goats in Washington state, all of whom are chosen for their lines and their abilities (whether it's because they are good moms, they have the lineage to produce amazing offsprings, they offer a good frame for commercial purposes, or their conformation is just right for in the show ring), either way, our Washington boer goats are some of the best you will find.
Don't forget to check for updates to our kidding results as we are now delivering kids!
We ventured into the amazing world of Boer Goats about 5 years ago, and oh what a world it is! We are a small Washington boer goat farm with our beginning involving two bred does. The two does have delivered us triplets at every kidding (2007, 2008) and in 2009 we had triplets and twins! These girls have provided us lots of laughs and fun since they arrived. We have since added does from other lines, and are excited for not only the kids that we're getting now, but those that we're going to blessed with in 2009! See our 2009 Kidding Results for what we've got on the ground.
We purchased THREE phenomenal Bucks: Capriole's GD Excursion, Copper Creek Adam and now HLAR Heavens Lil' Acres Joseph in 2008 and are excited to see what they brings us for the 2009 season! All of the kids that we have for February are from our buck Excursion. We have a small herd of seven (7) bred does, four (4) young does and three (3) bucks. We kidded in February, May and will have one more doe kid in July for 2009!
We are still learning so much, but what we have discovered in this short time is that it would near to impossible to begin this adventure without mentors and other breeders whom are more than willing to share their vast information with you. We have been lucky to have met Debi & Rich Garvin from Cabernet Creek Farms in beautiful Hood River, Oregon and Terry Brown from Capriole Boers, and of course Joni Woodring from Heavens Lil Acres each of these people have really gone out of their way to answer all of our questions, and of course, allow us to have a lot of fun while we've been learning! Another great source of information is the Cascade Boer Goat Association!
We will be updating and adding to our website as we go! We encourage you to give us a call (360-670-1203) and make plans to come out and see our beautiful goats!
Thanks for visiting!

We are still living in the trailer, but are excited to announce the arrival of FOUR sets of kids so far this year. We had four does kid, and are still awaiting the arrival of two more sets. There is some question as to whether or not the does are bred, but we'll wait to see! Also, we have kids due in May & July respectively! We do not recommend a winter building season, but we're definitely excited to see the results of a lot of hard work on the part of our subs! Thank you to everyone that has worked on our house. We do recommend HiLine Homes for anyone that might be considering building a new home!
